Who we are

Sigma Credit Capital is the trading name of Sigma Credit Capital Ltd, a private company limited by shares registered in England and Wales, and Sigma Credit Capital LLC, a Florida limited liability company. Both entities are part of the Sigma platform, which also includes Sigma Trust.

What we do

We act as an intermediary that introduces businesses and professional counterparties to providers of commercial credit, and assists in structuring and negotiating those facilities. We are not a lender and do not hold client money.

What we do not do

We do not arrange or advise on consumer credit, regulated mortgage contracts or any credit agreement with an individual acting outside a business. We do not provide investment advice, deal in or arrange transactions in securities, or act as a broker-dealer. We do not provide tax, legal or accounting advice. Clients should take independent advice.

Regulatory status

Sigma Credit Capital Ltd is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. The arrangement of credit for businesses that falls outside the consumer credit and regulated mortgage regimes is generally not a regulated activity in the UK. Sigma Credit Capital LLC is not registered as a broker-dealer with the US Securities and Exchange Commission or FINRA. Where a transaction would require a regulated firm, we will work alongside an appropriately authorised party or decline it.

Fees and commissions

Our fees are agreed in writing with the client before work begins. In some cases a lender may also pay us a commission or arrangement fee. We disclose the existence, nature and, where known, the amount of any such payment to the client before the facility is accepted.

Information submitted through this website is used only to assess and pursue the financing requested, and is shared with prospective lenders only with the client's consent and under confidentiality.
